Welcome to Nectar Heritage. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.   1. These terms apply to your use of the Nectar Heritage website and to all orders you place with us.

  3. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

2. Products, Descriptions & Pricing

  1. We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. As natural food products, items may vary slightly in colour, size, shape, taste and texture between batches and seasons; such natural variation is not a defect.
  2. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes and delivery charges are indicated at checkout before you pay.
  3. We may update our product range, descriptions and prices at any time before you place an order. Obvious pricing or description errors do not bind us.
  4. Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer a suitable replacement or a refund.

3. Your Order & Our Acceptance

  1. Placing an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order or dispatch it to you.
  2. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a product is unavailable, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse — and will refund any amount already paid.
  3. Please ensure the details you provide, including delivery address and contact information, are accurate and complete.

4. Payment

  1. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include online payment (cards, UPI, net banking and international cards) and, where offered, Cash on Delivery.
  2. Online payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
  3. Your order may be dispatched once payment is authorised, or on delivery for Cash on Delivery orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  1. We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Delivery timelines shown are estimates and may vary with your location, the courier and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  2. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage or shortage promptly, with supporting photographs.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  1. Because we sell food products, returns are handled carefully and are subject to hygiene and food-safety requirements. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how and when cancellations, returns and refunds apply.
  2. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly and we will make it right through replacement, credit or refund as appropriate.

7. Food Safety & Storage

  1. Our products are packed for food-safe delivery. Please follow any storage instructions on the packaging — for example, store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate after opening — to keep products at their best.
  2. Once delivered, safe storage, handling and consumption within any best-before or use-by period are your responsibility.

8. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

  1. You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or gain unauthorised access to it.
  2. All content, branding, text and images on the website belong to Nectar Heritage or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Accounts

  1. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under your account.
  2. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

  1. We provide our website and products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

  1. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you.
